Fluffy Morning Hot Cakes

  1. 1/4 cup applesauce
  2. 2 tbs maple syrup
  3. 1 tsp vanilla
  4. 1 cup almond milk
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 2 tsp cinnamon
  7. pinch of salt
  8. 1/4 cup almond meal
  9. dark chocolate *optional

Açaí Bowl

  1. 1/2 banana
  2. 1 cup coconut water
  3. 2 packs unsweetened açaí packs
  4. – top with fruit, granola, honey, agave ANYTHING! –

Banana Split

  1. 1 banana cut down middle
  2. yogurt – coconut, greek, etc.
  3. granola and fruit topping

Sweet Strawberry Jam

  1. 2 cups strawberries
  2. 3 tbs chia seeds
  3. 2 tbs maple syrup or honey
  4. squirt of lemon
  5. – let sit in fridge 3-4 hours or best results overnight –
